About Us
The original family firm (A Stephenson
& Co), was founded in 1925 by Albert Stephenson grandfather
and great grandfather respectively to the current directors
- Mark Stephenson FRICS and Sarah Randell. We were the first
practice of Estate Agents and Surveyors to become established
in the village of Willerby which stands approximately six
miles to the west of Kingston Upon Hull.
Mark Stephenson is qualified as
a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
and has 40 years continuous experience in all fields of
sales, surveys and valuation in the residential sector,
together with expertise in both the letting and management
of houses and flats. Sarah Randell has worked alongside
Mark since 1990 and has been the Lettings Manager since
April 2003 becoming the Managing Director of the company
in April 2006. As members of the RICS and ARLA (Association
of Residential Letting Agents) we operate to a strict code
of practice far higher than the law requires protecting
the interests of Landlords and tenants.
Stephenson (Residential Lettings)
Ltd is concerned in the letting and management of residential
property. We have been involved in such operations on a
continuous basis since the early 1960's having taken over
the management portfolio of A Stephenson & Co. We have,
therefore, extensive experience in landlord and tenant affairs.
